There are those in Blackwood who deal in trade, in craft, in study.

And then there are those who see.

Madam Obscura is rarely found in the open. Her presence is most often felt in the quieter corners of the town — where candlelight burns low and shadows linger longer than they should. It is said she speaks little, but observes everything. That nothing within Blackwood escapes her notice.

Those who have sought her guidance seldom speak of what passed between them. Only that they leave… changed. Certain. Or, perhaps, more uncertain than before.

The crimson pendant she wears is not decorative. Its origin is unknown, though some believe it predates the founding of the town itself.

Whether she is a guardian, a warning, or something else entirely, no record states plainly.
